Shipping Carrier: We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and Local Post for efficient delivery.

Order Processing: Orders are processed as soon as the payment is accepted.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

During busy special occasions, including but not limited to Valentine's Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) might be extended by a few days.

Please note:

1.The provided time frame applies to orders shipped within the US using standard shipping methods.Orders from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may take an additional 7-10 days compared to other US states.

2.Delivery to military regions is currently limited, and we apologize for any inconvenience. While most orders are processed and shipped within the estimated time frame, please note that this is only approximate and may vary in individual cases.Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time.

3.For international orders, additional days may be required for customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs processes and apologize for any delays resulting from them. 

4.Free shipping policies do not apply in this case.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order's journey. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you cannot find tracking information, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. If your order has exceeded the estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure you provide the correct address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If you request the final mile carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
